Here are some quick tips for creating the perfect morning rituals for ultimate productivity:
✨ It all starts with a list. Immediately - as soon as you wake up, jot down a list of the TOP five things that you need to accomplish today. We recommend sticking to your top priorities and not fluffing your list with things you “might” get to. By limiting your list to your top five, it’ll make your goals seem less daunting and more easily accomplished without the anxiety of “oh my god there’s still a dozen more things to do!” You’ve got this, babe!
✨If you’re having trouble getting into the flow, try going for a walk or some light meditation to help you get in the right headspace. Still struggling? Bust out the sage and clear your work space!
✨ Coffee. Maybe we should have put this at the top of our list? 😂 not a coffee fan? We love Matcha or a fresh pressed juice as a replacement. Get that brain flow going!
